- From the drop down ‘Welcome’ menu, choose ‘Add Portlet’
- Click on ‘Content’ and locate ‘Web Content Area’ portlet.
- Drag this portlet onto the site (usually positioned in the centre of the page)
- Click on the add icon (piece of paper with a plus sign) to add new content
- Type/paste new content into the WYSIWYG, and always give it a title
- When finished, click ‘Approve and Publish’

What happens when your screen won't let you drag the portlet or move it? How do I change it so that I can do that?
