Using an Asset Publisher

Asset publishers are used to display all types of web content that contain the same tags. For example, an asset publisher can be set up to display all content with the tag ‘news’ or ‘blog’ – or both, if desired.

1. From the drop down ‘Welcome’ menu, choose ‘Add portlet’
2. Under ‘Content’, click on ‘Asset Publisher’ and drag onto page.
3. All web content will display.
4. To filter the content, click on the ‘…’ icon and the choose ‘Configuration’
5. You can decide that the displayed content must or must not contain certain tags.
6. Tags can be added to existing content in the control panel.
7. All content created in the existing publisher will automatically contain the chosen tag.
