- Sign into LGOnline
- Hover over the drop down menu in the top right hand corner, and click on ‘Profile and Settings’
- Under ‘Portal’ on the left hand side, click on ‘Users’
- Search for the user who has forgotten their password with any of the fields displayed
- When the user has been located, click ‘Actions’ and then ‘Edit’
- On their profile page, click on ‘Password’ on the right hand side.
- Change their password to something generic like: pass123 or password
- Make sure to tick the ‘Password Reset Required’ checkbox as that will allow them to change their own password as soon as they sign in
- Click 'Save'
- Let the client know you have reset their password and that they will be prompted to change it.
